I woke up with pain in my neck, right shoulder blade, and upper back area. The pain is worse today and affects my range of motion. It hurts to raise my head and turn it to either side. I took Tylenol and used a heating pad, but there was no relief. Does this sound like I slept wrong or something else?

I have neck pain and am taking meloxicam 1 pill per day. My pain is slightly reduced since I started taking it but I don't know what causes this neck pain. I can hear popping noises when I turn my head a certain way. Do you know what causes neck pain? I'm 83 years old but in pretty good shape.

I'm suffering from a stomach infection with H. pylori since May, and I've used antibiotics like amoxicillin, flagyl, tetracycline together with nexium, but they didn't help. I also have insomnia and stomach problems since June, and I'm using a lot of antidepressants, sleep pills, and anxiety medicines. I'm experiencing unexplained stomach and abdominal pain 24 hours a day since September. Please advise.
