How long does it take for a doctor to respond, and how can I break chest congestion that I've been dealing with for a couple of weeks, which started with nasal congestion but now includes dry cough in the morning, yellowish or greenish phlegm, and a feeling of something in my throat?

I mistakenly took 900 mg of Bupropion HCL XL, which is twice my daily prescribed dose, along with my usual 100 mg of sertraline HCL. I am a 64-year-old male in fairly good health and not allergic to any medications except sulfa drugs. I am concerned about potential side effects and whether the extended release of the medication will mitigate any issues.

I had a DOT drug test on Saturday using a urine sample. I used cocaine 13 days ago and took two home drug tests on Tuesday and Friday, both of which were negative. What are my chances of passing the DOT drug test?

I have had a very bad pain in my liver area for about three to four days now. The pain worsens when I breathe deeply, cough, or press on the area. I have low-grade diabetes and am on several medications, including Metformin. I do not have a fever, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. Could this pain be related to my medical history or diabetes? Could it be caused by stones in the bile ducts or an enlarged liver?

I started vomiting yesterday along with stomach cramps, feeling like I'm about to have diarrhea but nothing happens when I rush to the toilet, and then I vomit. I have Crohn's disease and want to rule out a complication of that. How long has this been bothering you? Are you experiencing any vomiting or nausea?
