How long does it take for iron levels to go up, and how much is needed to raise them? I have heavy periods and don't eat much meat. I am a 44-year-old healthy female with no prescriptions. I get heart palpitations when my iron drops, so I want to keep it up.

I think I have severe anxiety. Recently, I have been feeling down, out of breath at times, and the feeling like I can’t breathe, which makes me more nervous. I also get a feeling of something stuck in my throat. I’ve done all bloodwork and ENT checks, and I’m all healthy. My doctor prescribed me Clonazepam 1mg four times a day and 100mg of lamotrigine at night time four months ago. I am not a fan of pills and have not started the lamotrigine. Should I take it for my anxiety?
