I have a pain in my armpit and I saw online that it may be HIV. I don't have HIV and have never experienced any symptoms. I have no known exposure to HIV through unprotected sex or IV drug use. What could be causing the pain in my armpit, and is it related to HIV?

What can you tell me about a pessary cup? I am taking Amitriptyline 10 mg for sleep, Levothyroxine 75 MCG, Losartan 50 MG, Simvastatin 40 MG, Baby Aspirin, Calcium D, Gluco Chron, and Senior Vitamin. I am trying to avoid bladder surgery at age 79 and have trouble emptying my bladder.

I have been experiencing a stabbing pain in my left calf every 2 minutes for the past 6 hours. This has happened before and was diagnosed with a high D-dimer level but no clot was found on ultrasound. The pain went away but has returned while I am on vacation. I have tried a pain patch and Saline but found no relief. I have no recent injuries and this pain comes on unexpectedly. I also have autoimmune hepatitis. What should I do for relief?

I fell and hit my head hard on a tile floor about 10 days ago. I am still experiencing dizziness and aches, but I have been more aware and less groggy in the last two days. I passed out and hit the floor after drinking Jack Daniels, and now I have a bump on my head that has reduced in size. What should I do since I have no health insurance, but want to ensure I am okay?
