My husband has had 3 nosebleeds in 3 days, with severe symptoms including numbness and tingling on the right side of his face. He has also had a severe cold since Monday and is still congested. What could this be and should I take him to the ER?

I had sex, and it burns when I pee, but not every time. I have not used any medication. It burns when I pee, and sometimes it doesn't. I read that it could be just irritation. I am 21 years old, male, and I don't have any pain or fever. I used a condom only once during sex, and we did it more than once that night. This morning it didn't burn, but then I peed again and it burned.
