I experienced a pain in the left side of my neck that also made my head hurt on the left side, followed by pins and needles in my left hand, and discomfort in my chest and collarbone area. My heart rate, pulse ox, and heart rhythm have been normal. Should these symptoms be a cause for alarm?

I stopped breastfeeding in March and didn't have a period until September. Since then, I've had periods in September, October, and November, with bleeding again on November 17th. I've been having unprotected sex since September and am trying to conceive. I stopped taking birth control pills completely in early November, but I was inconsistent with them before that. Could this hormonal imbalance affect my ability to conceive, and am I likely not pregnant?

I have gained about 20 pounds since quarantine and noticed my heart rate goes over 100 with excitement or physical activity. I am a 60-year-old male who usually exercises. I have had heart palpitations occasionally and my resting heart rate is around 73-80. I also experience slight chest pain to the right of the sternum, especially during weight lifting and cardio. Should I be concerned about these changes?
