I have been experiencing shortness of breath, a feeling of tightness around my chest and throat, and a bloated stomach for the last few days. The symptoms are stable but come and go. I am 26 years old, male, and have no current medications. I have a history of anxiety but have mostly grown out of it. My breathing seems better when lying down, and the symptoms worsen during competitive gaming and when I eat. I recently changed my diet to healthier foods and started eating once a day.
