I have suffered from diarrhea since 2004, often causing embarrassment in public. I had a Barium Meal test in 2005 with no detection. I've taken Immodium and Loperan, and also have Asthma and high blood pressure. For the last two years, I've had hip problems and have started a food supplement. I stopped taking Loperan and had a couple of bowel accidents since. My husband and I travel to see family 2-3 times a year. Can you advise on which medications are necessary and any advice on future treatment/consultations?

I’m not sure if I have a bacterial vaginitis infection or what it could be. I’ve been dealing with this issue for about a week and it’s stable. I’m not using any medications, just cranberry gummies. I have had trichomoniasis before but not with the same symptoms. I have discharge, an IUD (Mirena), no itching or burning while using the restroom, and I have stress. The discharge is milky cloudy white.
