I'm an 84-year-old male with creatinine of 1.44 and BUN of 32, both out of range. I take Sinemet for Parkinson's disease, Proscar for prostate, Hydrochlorothiazide/Triamterene for blood pressure, Simvastatin, Flomax, Zetia, and 81 mg aspirin daily. I have no known allergies and have glaucoma under control after surgery. What should I do about my kidney function?

Recently, I started feeling a popping sensation in my throat when I turn my head, which is painful and scary. I also have GERD and acid reflux despite medication, and I'm a colon cancer survivor.
