Can I talk to a stool doctor? I have been using hydrocortisone for a hemorrhoid and feel like my stools are flat. I have also noticed that half of my stool was covered in white stuff this morning. What could be causing this and should I be concerned?

I was constipated and took 2 stool softeners in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, and drank a smooth move tea with senna in it. I also ate a whole delicata squash that night, which led to cramps and bowel movement. This morning, I experienced cramps again. Could the squash or the stool softeners be causing the cramps?
