I have been experiencing my testicles moving up inside my body after frequent sexual activity, and they sometimes switch sides or twist, causing pain. Additionally, I had a painful incident a few months ago where my girlfriend leaned back during sex, causing a crack at the base of my penis. Could this have caused my testicles to move up, and is this a serious issue?

My friend has a neck mass that initially looked like a heat pimple, but after picking at it, it bled and then increased in size, hardening into a bigger mass with a bloody scab. The mass has strands that look like black strings, and it eventually formed a large hole in the neck area with a smaller hole inside. We are concerned about a possible infection under the skin and its contagious nature. What should we do?

I was diagnosed with Barrett's Esophagus about four years ago and have been taking medication for it. Recently, I was switched to Pantoprazole Sodium 40mg once a day. Is this as effective as Aciphex, and is the dosage correct? Additionally, two subsequent endoscopies show Barrett's in a stable form. How long can I remain in this state, and will it ever develop into full-blown cancer? Can I do anything more to manage it? Also, can supplements like fish oil and niacin affect the medication's effectiveness, and are there any lifestyle changes I should make to avoid aggravating Barrett's?

I have been itching in my right hand sporadically for the past three years. I am in remission for multiple myeloma for two years and have had oral chemo. Lately, the itching has become more rampant, and I have been taking Claritin for it, which helped in the past but not anymore. The itch is now moving upward, and I feel like I am crawling out of my skin. What should I do and what could this be?

I had a systemic mycobacterial infection (m fortiutum) in 2001, which was treated with various medications including thalidomide and an antibiotic. I was left with peripheral neuropathy, myositis, cognitive issues, headaches, shortness of breath, depression, hair loss, and sweats. I have tried multiple non-narcotic treatments without success and currently use low-dose neurotin, clonazepam, and oxycontin. I continue to have daily sweats and recently noticed improvement with antibiotics for sinusitis. My labs show slightly high C-reactive protein and WBC while on Cipro, but symptoms worsen when I stop the antibiotic. Should I be checked for Lyme Disease, given my outdoor activities and tick exposure?
