I accidentally took 200 mg of losartan instead of the prescribed dose of 100 mg, and I missed taking my 10 mg amlodipine besylate this morning. I've been using losartan for many years and it, along with amlodipine besylate, has effectively lowered my blood pressure to normal levels. I haven't seen a doctor about this yet, as it was a mistake and I'm currently visiting Middlebury, VT while my doctor is in New York City. My other medications include omeprazole, allopurinol, and Rapaflo. What should I do?

I'm having a Botox for migraine procedure on my head performed on Thursday, but I have a prepaid, prescheduled calf birthday tattoo scheduled for Saturday. I want to make sure that both procedures can be performed without interfering with each other, especially in terms of infection risk, bruising, bleeding, or additional pain. Can you help me understand if there are any risks or if I need to wait between these procedures?

I’ve been having abdominal pain, nausea, bloating, and discomfort, with a lingering fever and large, hard stools for the past two weeks. I hear and feel gas but it doesn’t come out, and I’m concerned about a possible small bowel obstruction (SBO). I’m a nurse and have a family history of rectal and colon cancer. Should I be concerned about these symptoms, and what should I do next?

I’m completely exhausted and on the second day of my period. I have mild cramping, low blood pressure, and dizziness from fatigue. Why is this happening and how can I naturally balance my hormones?

My daughter got soap or possibly nair in her c-section scar. It’s burning like hell. The c-section was on September 19, 2018. She has been using Neosporin on it. Has she seen a dermatologist about the scar? Is there anything else in her medical history that the doctor should know?

I have been sober from alcohol for 14 years, smoke marijuana seldomly, and am in excellent physical shape. I lost 30 lbs and eat very healthy, with no sugar or milk, a lot of whole grains and vegetables, and only chicken, turkey, and fish for meat. All of my blood test results scored normal range, even B12, but I have an MCH blood test score of 34.2. Should I be worried?
