I have a CBC B12 reading of 200. My doctor has me taking Centrum Silver once a day and told me to also take a B12 pill. Walgreens has 1000, 2500, and 3000 mcg pills. Which one should I add, and are there any other considerations based on my daily medications and medical history?

I'm 50 and going through menopause. Periodically throughout the years, I have had breast pain. I've had normal mammograms and ultrasounds. Now the pain is back, and I had another negative mammogram. My doctor ordered an MRI, which was declined by insurance, and now he is sending me to a breast surgeon. Besides the worst-case scenarios, what can this be?

My husband's BP is 157/57. Is that too high? He feels terrible and takes Lisinopril 20 mg daily. He had a stroke in June 2011, is 5'7" and weighs approximately 300 lbs, and is a diabetic.

I have had floating stools for several months without any other symptoms. I am wondering what could cause this. The stools appear normal but float. I have a history of alcoholism, have been sober for 5 months, and drink a lot of caffeine. I thought it might be related to caffeine or lactose intolerance, but I'm not sure.
