I have been experiencing stomach ache for about a week now. I wake up in the middle of the night feeling very hungry even after eating a big dinner. I experienced vomiting the first couple of nights but haven't been vomiting recently. Every morning around 6, my stomach growls and aches as if I haven't eaten for a long time. I had gallbladder surgery and don't have a gallbladder anymore. My stomach pain wakes me up around 5:36 in the morning, causing gurgling and anxiety, making it hard to sleep. I have tried antacids, probiotics, and Pepto Bismol, but they haven't helped.
