Is there a significant difference between the pain level in a tear vs inflammation in the bicep? Since this happened all at once, I hope it’s just a pull.

I have an abnormal finding on my echo that says impaired relaxation diastolic filling pattern. I was recently discharged from the ER after a cardiac workup due to crushing left arm pain. I have no prescription medications, no diabetes, and no high blood pressure. I am a 46-year-old male with slightly high triglycerides and a slightly raised liver enzyme. I was discharged by a cardiologist who said everything was okay, but I found this abnormality in my records. What should I do about this finding, and is it something that needs further evaluation?

I have attached pictures of my hands when they are cold. Are you sure that everyone's hands turn whiter when they are cold? Does this look like Raynaud's after all? Why or why not?

I have been experiencing fluttering sensations in my calf muscles, which just started after I began taking B12 supplements. I am a 44-year-old female with no other medications, but I do take other vitamins. I also have Baker's cysts that have been present for years and do not cause any pain. What could be causing these sensations, and is there anything I can do at home to alleviate them until I see my doctor?

What could a headache behind my eyes/temples be caused by? I don’t have a runny nose but when I wake up my eyes are sticky. This happens pretty much every day. The headaches started after a chiropractor adjusted my neck and have now moved to my eyes and top of my head.
