I have been experiencing chest pressure, tightness, muscle spasms in my left chest, and a hard lump under my rib cage on the left side. My stomach bloats, and my left chest, shoulder, and back swell up. I have been to the emergency room multiple times, but they only perform basic tests and attribute my symptoms to anxiety or muscular skeletal issues. I have also experienced extreme discomfort, constipation, weight loss, heartburn, acid reflux, shortness of breath, and difficulty swallowing. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests or treatments should I consider?

I can't sleep. What are all your symptoms? Are you currently using any medications? What's your age and gender? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
