I am 4 weeks 6 days pregnant and have been experiencing pinkish cervical mucus discharge for the last 4 days. I am taking oripro progesterone pessary and vitamins, including folic acid. I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks in January 2020 and have recently discovered a sub septate uterus. Should I be concerned about miscarrying again, and what steps should I take to avoid it?

I am having constipation issues for over a week. I am 66 years old, using Miralax and stool softener pills, and have high blood pressure and sleep apnea. I have tried Linzess and a suppository, but they only helped a little. What additional measures can I take to alleviate my constipation?
