I am 42 years old with a BMI of 43. When I raise my arm, I notice a dimple/indent in my breast. I have large breasts and no family history of breast cancer. Is this something to worry about, or is it related to fat?

I feel like I have genital warts. What are these bumps? I have bumps on the rim and head of my penis that I've always had, and recently, bumps on my shaft started growing. Are they HPV warts, and why aren't there any photos online of pearly penile papules (PPP) on the penis shaft?

I'm 67 years old, 6'1" tall, weigh about 250 pounds, and have high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney issues, and am overweight. I've seen advertisements on TV suggesting my insurance might pay for Lap Band surgery. Do you know how I can find out if my insurance (Humana & Medicare) will cover this procedure?

I experienced nausea and leg pain after wearing orthotics in a different shoe and going for a long walk. I've had leg pain before due to worn-out orthotics, but this time it happened on the same day as the nausea. I'm unsure if they're connected and if I need to see a specialist. Is it normal to be nauseous for more than a week, and could my orthotics be causing this?

I have a sensitivity to certain perfumed products, such as scented candles, colognes, and aerosol cleaning products, which cause blistering in my ear canals, sinuses, and the back of my throat. After being exposed to something at work, I took Benadryl and the burning pain resolved, but I now have chest congestion and am coughing up brown sputum. Should I seek antibiotics, and what other treatments might help?

Walking is causing shortness of breath and pain in the neck on either side of the Adam's apple. The pain goes away when sitting for a few minutes. I am a 77-year-old female with a history of Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and recent recovery from an airplane flu. How long have you been dealing with the neck pain? Are you experiencing any numbness or tingling? Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
