I am 47 years old and on a combined oral contraceptive pill. I have been experiencing night sweats, not just during my pill-free week but all the time, which is severely disrupting my sleep. I also have joint pain in my elbow, base of thumb, and knee. My GP did a blood test which came back normal, including thyroid, no signs of leukaemia, and LH and FSH within normal ranges. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

For the past few days, the tip of my penis has a small itch here and there. It's not constant and there isn't any redness or discharge. It doesn't burn when I pee. The itchiness started randomly and is more focused on my urethra. I scratch it, and it stops for a few hours. I haven't used any medication for it and haven't seen a doctor. I am 23 years old and have had unprotected sex recently, but my partner was checked and all results were negative.

I had trigger finger surgery last Monday and continue to experience severe pain, with stitches that appear to be pulling out and are thick and tender. I have been using Percocet and Advil, but my stomach is reacting negatively. Is it possible that the wound is infected?

I have had UTI symptoms for months, including burning and pelvic pressure with microscopic blood in my urine. I was initially diagnosed with BV, but the symptoms persisted despite no UTI being detected in my urine tests. I have had a CT scan, which showed nothing. What could be causing these symptoms, and how is bladder spasm diagnosed?
