I am 47 years old with a history of costochondritis. Recently, I experienced a sharp, piercing pain under my left breast after lifting a heavy bag and bending down. The pain has persisted in certain positions and feels localized and tight. I am concerned if this is just costochondritis or something more serious like pleurisy, a heart attack, or a pulmonary embolism. I want to avoid a doctor's visit due to COVID-19 and would like to know if this can be diagnosed by symptoms alone or if I should see my main MD.

My left testicle has suddenly started hurting slightly whenever I am doing physical activities like sitting down or bending over. I have anxiety and attention deficit disorder, and I am not taking any medications except occasional painkillers. I am 20 years old and have had this issue for a day or two. Before this, I had a case of self-inflicted epididymitis. I have an appointment with my primary healthcare provider tomorrow. The pain is a dull, tightening-squeezing sensation that does not migrate to other areas, but it feels like my right side is strained or sore occasionally when I take deep breaths. There is a tiny lump at the bottom of my right testicle, but it does not cause pain.

I am 38 weeks 1 day pregnant. I have severe pain, swollen hands and ankles, and carpal tunnel syndrome. My OBGYN is not listening to me and won't induce labor or perform a tubal ligation after delivery. I am concerned about my health and the health of my baby, who has passed all tests and is healthy. Should I seek another opinion?

Can I get a doctor's letter from work to not be able to wear a mask due to hormonal acne flare-ups? My dermatologist won’t write a note, and I work at a mental health facility with an attached medical facility in Colorado. I am vaccinated and unsure if I should find another doctor or inform work that I’m not wearing a mask without a doctor's note.

I have symptoms including swollen, red, and congested eyes, nasal congestion, and ear issues. Additionally, I have poor circulation causing cold, discolored extremities and vascular spasms. I also have a history of Rocky Mountain spotted fever and low testosterone. What can I do to alleviate these symptoms and improve blood flow?
