I have a suspected tendon imbalance due to a misaligned dental retainer that was in place for 7 years, causing tongue discomfort and body spasms. Since having the retainer removed, I experience pulsating sensations throughout my body, from my lips and tongue down to my groin and legs. There is no swelling, and nothing seems to alleviate the symptoms. What medical evaluations and tests should I undergo to diagnose and address this issue?

When I drink water, it makes me hypoglycemic. What causes this? I have gastroparesis and experience symptoms such as blood sugar drops, weakness, sweating, confusion, and panic. I am 50 years old, suffer from severe anxiety and gastroparesis, and take 1 mg Clonazepam 3 times daily. My blood sugar level drops from the 90s to the 60s or 70s after drinking water, and I get very weak, confused, and shaky, needing orange juice to feel better.

I experienced symptoms that made me unsure if I had the flu or a mild heart attack. I have always had great health, work out 6 days a week, and had a full cardiac workup 8 years ago that showed no issues. My symptoms included severe chest pains, muscle cramps in my triceps, pecs, and jaw, and a slight fever. My sternum is still sore, especially near where my abs connect to my sternum. What could these symptoms indicate?

My ESR is 42. I have had consistent pain for months, which has worsened recently, especially with changes in weather. I also have osteoporosis and have had 8-9 compression fractures. My pain seems to be more in my joints and muscles. How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse? Is there anything else in your medical history the doctor should know?
