🏥  Medical

I am a 23-year-old male with a history of enlarged fatty liver, fatty pancreas, neuropathy, sensory ataxia, insulin resistance, mild left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH), and dizziness. I have been experiencing constant dizziness since September 2020, which has worsened over time. I have been diagnosed with uncompensated labyrinthine dysfunction and eustachian tube dysfunction. My blood work shows high C-reactive protein levels, high ESR levels, and high cholesterol levels. I am on medications including metoprolol, CPAP machine, vitamin D3, multivitamin, ALA, thiamine, B12, lorazepam, and Flonase. I am looking for advice on what could be causing my dizziness and how to treat the conditions mentioned, as well as recommendations for blood tests to measure insulin levels and any additional supplements or vitamins that might help.
