asked

I am a 28-year-old female with a history of low iron, irregular periods, and difficulty conceiving. I have experienced symptoms such as tachycardia, hair loss, extreme fatigue, high Epstein Barr levels, and recent worsening of tachycardia with a fast heart rate, especially in heat. My blood pressure is usually low, and I have had episodes of pitting edema and bloating. My most recent blood work shows high TIBC, low iron saturation, and normal thyroid function. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests should I consider?
