I am a 34-year-old male experiencing a slight pain in my left shin for about two months. The pain is noticeable when I walk or move my foot in certain directions while sitting. It feels like a pushing or tight pain slightly outside my shin bone. Some days it is worse, and other days it is not present at all. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I've been sick with a stomach illness for several days, experiencing loss of appetite, lower back pain, white stools, and a 5-pound weight loss over two weeks.
