I am a 35-year-old obese male. Occasionally, I experience a sensation in the middle of my chest that feels like my heart skips a beat, which lasts for just one heartbeat. This sensation typically occurs in the evening when I am relaxing. I had a normal EKG five months ago, but I did not experience the sensation during the test. Should I be concerned about this, and could it lead to cardiac arrest? I exercise almost daily and the sensation never occurs during exercise.

There is a lump on the side of my neck that is not painful but is getting bigger. I am 39 years old and currently taking lamictal, duloxetine, and gabapentin. I had an abscess removed from the same area over a year ago. What could this lump be and what should I do about it?

Can we discuss the possibility of adrenal pathology, specifically a pheochromocytoma, and why it might not be the cause of my symptoms such as rapid heart rate, twitching, and feeling tired in the middle of the day? Also, what should I do if I'm experiencing these symptoms and how can I manage my anxiety about them?

I have diarrhea and loose stools every day. I am a 22-year-old morbidly obese female with hypothyroidism, taking levothyroxine and Pepcid. I sometimes have cramps but no blood in my stool. I started taking a probiotic yesterday. What could be causing my loose bowel movements and what can I do about it?

I have restless leg syndrome, which causes severe pain and discomfort making it impossible to sit, lay, or stand in the evening. I have been unable to sleep due to this condition and have tried medications like ropinirole HCL and gabapentin without success. I am also being treated for depression and am weaning off Paxil. What can I do to alleviate this discomfort, and what kind of specialist should I consult?
