There is a lump on the side of my neck that is not painful but is getting bigger. I am 39 years old and currently taking lamictal, duloxetine, and gabapentin. I had an abscess removed from the same area over a year ago. What could this lump be and what should I do about it?

I have restless leg syndrome, which causes severe pain and discomfort making it impossible to sit, lay, or stand in the evening.
