I am a 36-year-old male who had mild COVID-19 9 months ago and still has antibodies. My work is forcing me to get a COVID-19 vaccine, and I am considering either the Johnson & Johnson or Pfizer vaccine. I am concerned about potential side effects such as blood clots from Johnson & Johnson and heart inflammation from Pfizer, given my family history. Given my natural immunity, should I be worried about getting either vaccine, and which one should I choose?

My veins look really awful today. Something fell on my toe and then I noticed the veins were unhappy afterwards. My urine test shows normal glucose but high leukocytes. Why can’t these things be normal?

I have noticed bugs in my hair and pelvic area, and tiny white worms coming out of my body, including my lips, ears, belly button, feet, and knees. My left ear has been plugged for about 3 weeks, and I have redness and swelling in various parts of my body. What could be causing this and is there any medication I can get from the drug store?

My husband was in 100-degree weather in Florida for 11 hours on July 25th and became dehydrated. After rehydrating with Pedialyte and water, he slept for a day and night. He started feeling better but now has constant stomach pain on the right side and feels weak. He has had a bowel movement, eaten, and continues to drink water and Pedialyte. What should I do?

I have a bad infection inside my finger. It is swollen, throbbing, and so painful that I can't sleep or even touch the finger. This is a new problem that just happened about 10 days ago. I've had this before on my other hand, and they lanced it and drained the infection out. What should I do?

My right foot is red, swollen, and painful to walk on, especially in the center meaty part. The pain started three days ago and is stabbing in nature. I am 67 years old, taking heart pills for stents in my heart valve, and have no other pain except in my foot. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the pain?
