I am a 36-year-old male with no medical history. Two weeks ago, I had a pain in my intestine and a sudden urge to rush to the toilet, followed by an explosive bowel movement with some blood. My stomach was unsettled for a few days, and I felt it was a stomach bug. I saw my GP, who did a stool test and blood count, both of which came back normal. My symptoms improved, but I had a spasm in my intestine leading to a loose bowel movement. I am worried about colon cancer due to past issues with piles and fissures. I had a colonoscopy two weeks ago, which was normal with normal biopsies, but there were some internal piles. Last night, I had a very hard bowel movement with bright red blood in the toilet bowl and on the tissue, and I have pain around the anus. Should I be concerned about colon cancer?

I had protected sex as the top on September 15, 2019, but was intoxicated and don't remember if the condom broke. I got tested 22 days later for all STDs including the 4th Gen HIV test, which came back negative. However, I've been feeling nauseous, fatigued, and have had stomach/headaches along with a dark dry rash on my forehead. Could these symptoms be related to HIV, and how accurate was my 4th Gen test at 22 days?

I think I have colon cancer. I have symptoms such as difficulty eating, significant weight loss without exercise or diet changes, constant abdominal pain, inability to lay on my stomach, feeling full after drinking just a sip of water, inconsistent and bloody stools, constant tiredness, pain during bowel movements, and sometimes clay-colored stools. I have been prescribed antacid medication and pain meds, but they do not alleviate my symptoms. Colon cancer and Crohn's disease run in my family, and I have a history of overdosing on ibuprofen. I have been trying to get help for over a year, and my symptoms are worsening.

I noticed my total bilirubin is 1.2 mg/dl, which is slightly higher than my past readings around 1.0 since 2014. Should I be worried about this increase, and could it indicate pancreatic cancer?
