I am a 37-year-old female with symptoms including headaches, vertigo, dizziness, earaches, vision issues, and pulsatile tinnitus. My recent CT angiography showed bilateral aberrant petrous segments of the internal carotid artery, which remodel the cochlear promontory and extend to the anterior middle ear. There is also prominent lymphoid tissue in the nasopharynx and oropharynx, and a retention cyst or polyp in the right maxillary sinus. What do these findings mean, and what is the likely course of action?

I'm weaning off Effexor XR after 10 weeks. I'm a 56-year-old athletic male going through a divorce. I was on 75 mg once a day and reduced to 37.5 mg this past Monday. I'm feeling dizzy at times and some anxiety, similar to when I started taking it. Is this normal, and what can I do to manage these side effects?

My sister (71) has COPD with a severity rating of 8 out of 10 and has been on 24/7 oxygen since 2013. She was recently hospitalized twice in two weeks for MRSA in her lungs and bacterial pneumonia. How contagious is she, and what precautions should I take if I visit her?

I have been experiencing chest pain for around 5 months, particularly when I move my head downward in a circular motion. The pain is on the right side of my chest and is a sharp dull ache. I have been prescribed ibuprofen, but it doesn't help. I do stretches and exercise regularly, and the pain is not aggravated by hand or chest movements during exercise. I have no history of fever involving joint pains, but stress and anxiety do make the symptoms worse. I am 15 years old, male, not diabetic, and have no family history of coronary artery disease or congenital heart disease. I have not had any lab examinations for this pain, but I am considering getting an MRI. Today, I also felt a slight burning sensation on the right side of my chest, which went away.

I was born with a Bifascicular block and have an AHSD coronary artery calcium score in the 66th percentile. Recent EKG and echo cardiogram results were normal. However, I recently felt lightheaded and slightly dizzy after physical exertion twice. Paramedics checked my EKG, blood oxygen, and pressure, which were all normal. A halter monitor test three months ago also showed normal results. Should I stop exercising and see my cardiologist this Monday? I am a 78-year-old male with normal blood test results.

I have yellow bruises on the lower sides of my stomach that have been there for a few days. They are starting to get hard and a little painful. Should I go to the hospital? I had a vasa previa and a c-section at 34 weeks last August. I am currently taking prenatal vitamins and still nursing.
