I am a 48-year-old type 2 diabetic with blood sugar levels around 160. Recently, my legs and hands started shaking and trembling for no apparent reason, making it difficult to hold simple tools. I checked my blood sugar levels with a dexcom, which showed readings between 140 to 180. I am taking medications including lorsatin, atorvastatin, janvumet, and various vitamins. I also stopped drinking two cups of coffee and reduced it to one. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I’ve had swollen legs and ankles for over three days. I went to the ER and all tests showed no life-threatening conditions. I own a restaurant and sit for long periods. What can I do to ease the stiffness in my legs as I walk, given my history of DVT and clot removal three years ago?

I think I have the flu. I have a low-grade fever, a severe sore throat, body aches, chills, and a headache. My throat is swollen and inflamed, and I'm concerned it might close up. Should I be worried about this, and what should I do next?
