I am a 54-year-old female with normal blood pressure but slightly overweight, and I have Protein C and Protein S deficiencies. My twin sister suffered a PE at age 24, and our mother had a stroke in her late 40s, leading to vascular dementia. Should I be concerned about my weight, given my family history and blood conditions?

Your BMI is slightly high, but it is not dangerously high, so you do not need to be overly concerned...

Why is my scrotum tight when standing or walking, only loose when lying or sitting? I had a vasectomy about 12 years ago and have a bicuspid aortic valve. I sometimes feel a larger lump on the bottom of my left testicle and mild discomfort on my upper left leg. My genital hair also feels sensitive, and my urine is sometimes darker. What could be causing these symptoms?

I’ve had mid back pain for a few months. Recently, I started getting cramps in my arms and legs with simple movements. Yesterday, I woke up with diarrhea and didn't eat anything all day. Last night, I started getting intermittent heart pain, described as mild and lasting only 2-3 seconds at a time but happening intermittently through the night. My blood pressure and heart rate are normal, and I have a 6-lead Kardia that shows normal. Should I be concerned about this pain?

I'm a 29-year-old male with no underlying conditions. I experience severe anxiety and panic episodes where I feel like there's no air to breathe, become lightheaded, and feel like my airways are blocked. I've had a clear lung X-ray, ECG, ECHO, peak flow test, normal oxygen levels, blood pressure, and blood tests. My GP also confirmed my chest is clear. What else can I do for reassurance or is this 100% anxiety-related?
