I am a 54-year-old male. Over the past week or two, my right foot ankle and lower leg have swollen, and it appears there is blood pooling around the ankle. It started out as a lump around the inner ankle. I have no injury, no medication besides ibuprofen, and no fever or diabetes. I take blood pressure and cholesterol medication. What could be causing this swelling and blood pooling, and what should I do?

I’ve had strep throat for about 5 days now and have been on antibiotics for 4. My adenoids are still really swollen. They are tender but not really painful, and they are almost touching each other. What should I do?

I fear I have tapeworms due to recent symptoms such as on and off upset stomach, stomach rumbling, mild headache, and changes in bowel movements. I also had a high intake of dairy and sushi last week. Could these symptoms be related to tapeworms or are they more likely due to my dairy sensitivity or other factors?

I just started taking prednisone today and had 3.5 margaritas. Is it okay to not take the remaining prednisone doses tonight? It's my first day, and I'm also taking a muscle relaxer (Flexoril 5mg) at bedtime. I'm 21 years old and taking prednisone for inflammation.

I have a feeling of heartburn at the lower chest area, so I went to the polyclinic and an ECG was done. The ECG report shows 'Probable Left Atrial Enlargement.' Should I be concerned, and is it necessary to see a cardiologist?
