I am a 55-year-old female with a history of hysterectomy and bladder removal. I have been experiencing intermittent body weakness, shortness of breath, malaise, and fatigue. My recent lab results show normal CBC, CMP, ferritin, vitamin D and B12, sed rate, c-reactive protein, CK, TIBC, and saturation, but low iron at 43. My ANA test initially showed 'negative and then abnormal' with selected antigens and hep 2 cells elevated. Follow-up ANA tests showed further increases in these values over four days. I have had COVID-19 three times, with the last infection in September. What could be causing my symptoms and what should I do next?
