I am a 56-year-old female who has been experiencing pain when urinating and seeing blood in my urine for the last two hours. I have not had a UTI in over 20 years and am currently taking Venlafaxin 37.5 for anxiety. I took Cephalexin 500 mg, a red antibiotic, earlier today. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Is Ferrous fumarate 150mg the same as ferrous gluconate? I see they 65mg for ferrous gluconate. How would I get the fumarate and can I buy it off the counter?
