I am a 62-year-old woman with swollen legs from calves to ankles, looking sunburned and warm to the touch, with one leg being 2 inches larger than the other. The swelling has been present for about 5 days. I have a history of varicose veins and knee issues but have never experienced swelling to this degree. I am not diabetic or hypertensive and am not on any heart medications. What could be causing this swelling and what tests should I consider?

I have no issues with erection and am turned on by pornography, but I have no urge to masturbate or have sex, even when trying it feels dull. I have had relationship problems and too much sexual contact recently, and I've been feeling sad and down, then happy, and back to sad. Is it depression?
