I am a 66-year-old female. Since Christmas 2018, I have experienced sudden dizziness, excruciating pain shooting from my neck into my head, weakness on my whole right side, numb fingers, and electric shocks radiating down my arms and into my head. The headache is daily, sometimes accompanied by nausea. I had C spine and L spine surgery in 2011 or 2012. What could be wrong and what should I do?

Since Monday night, I've had a sore, gurgling stomach with occasional diarrhea. I haven't been to work for two days due to the pain, which also hurts when touched. What should I do, and should I avoid taking anything that might prevent me from going to the bathroom?
