I am a 66-year-old male with a history of Crohn's disease and a previous perforated colon, which was surgically corrected. I have been experiencing diarrhea for about a week, which started after returning from a trip to NYC and resuming life in Mexico. The diarrhea is watery and occurs 3-4 times a day, but I have no fever, abdominal pain, or significant nausea. My urine output is normal, and my tongue is moist. I take tamsulosin and oxybutynin for benign prostatic hyperplasia. What should I do about my diarrhea?

My 22-month-old has weird bumps on her skin that aren't red and don't cause itching. Aquaphor isn't helping. Should I take her to the doctor or wait for it to clear up on its own?

My son just turned 7 and is a very restless sleeper, often thrusting or kicking his legs hard, or having quick shakes at times, without waking up. Is this normal, concerning, or related to seizures?

I have shortness of breath and a tight chest. I am 21 years old, male, and I took LSD 12 hours ago. I can take full breaths but there's no coughing. My chest tightness began 6 hours ago, and I had childhood asthma. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have had hemorrhoids for 2 weeks. The constipation is gone, but I still experience light pain at night in my left pelvic area. I am 84 years old and otherwise in good health. The pain comes and goes, keeping me awake at night. It is a dull, light pain. I am currently using Lidocaine pads, but they do not help. What could be causing this pain, and what is the best way to get rid of it permanently?

I am prescribed ivermectin (soolantra) for my rosacea. When applying, I accidentally put a tiny amount above my lip and noticed a 'cool' feeling in the back of my throat. Should I be concerned?
