I am a 66-year-old male with a history of Crohn's disease and a previous perforated colon, which was surgically corrected. I have been experiencing diarrhea for about a week, which started after returning from a trip to NYC and resuming life in Mexico. The diarrhea is watery and occurs 3-4 times a day, but I have no fever, abdominal pain, or significant nausea. My urine output is normal, and my tongue is moist. I take tamsulosin and oxybutynin for benign prostatic hyperplasia. What should I do about my diarrhea?
