I am a 67-year-old female who has been taking 100 grams daily of Setraline for 8 years for mild anxiety. Since retiring, I have become more anxious and very tired both physically and mentally. My doctor doubled the dose, thinking I might have depression. However, I ran out of Setraline two weeks ago and did not renew my prescription due to feeling too tired to go out. I began to feel better and started doing activities I had lost interest in. Now, I experience short cuts in my brain similar to electricity sparking and feel a little giddy. Will this well-being feeling continue, or will I return to my anxious state without Setraline? Additionally, could long-term use of Setraline be the cause of my debilitating tiredness?

I have used cannabis and will be having a urine test. I take about 30 Norco 525/5mg for back pain per month. Cannabis is legal in Alaska. I have 10 or 11 days before the test. My nerve pain is post-stroke, and I was off the meds because I thought I was taking too much Solotol. Will the test detect cannabis, and can I pass it?

What could be causing discomfort in my lower left abdomen, given that I have normal bowel movements and no blood in my stools? The discomfort is not severe but bothersome, and I am considering inflammation of the spleen or issues with the descending colon.

I have had a pain in my left testicle for over a year, which feels like constant squeezing. Recently, I noticed that my right side feels like it has two testicles joined together by a small amount of skin, both of equal size. I had this checked by a doctor, who didn't find anything wrong. What could be causing this pain and unusual sensation?

I have been exposed to pertussis. I am 66 years old with a history of adult asthma and pneumonia (last event in July 2015). Since exposure, I have had mild but constant congestion leading to the need for my inhaler again after 6 weeks without needing it. I recently had a tetanus shot but do not know if it included pertussis (as in a booster). Do I need immediate testing/care (over the weekend) or is it safe to wait until Monday morning to visit my regular care clinic?

I have been diagnosed with a splenic cyst, which doctors are unsure if it is hydatid or not. The cyst is 11 cm with 2 smaller cysts, possibly touching the pancreas and stomach. I experienced symptoms like dull pain, frequent bowel movements, vomiting sensation, and nausea 6 months ago, but they have since subsided. My blood test for hydatid serology is negative, but the cyst is calcified at the rim. What should be the course of action, and what type of surgery would be recommended?
