I am a 68-year-old male with general good health and anxiety issues, including white coat syndrome. During exercise, I experience a sensation of clogged ears and slight lightheadedness afterward. My heart rate can reach 172 bpm during intense exercise, which is above the estimated max heart rate for my age. What could be causing these symptoms, and is it safe for me to exercise at such high heart rates?

I am a 35-year-old female with generally good health, but recently, I have been experiencing random muscle pains, mostly in my lower back, abdomen, and left side by my hip. I went to bed feeling fatigued and sore, and woke up with a high fever and chills. The pain worsens when I cough or sneeze. I am still in bed with a fever and chills, having to change my clothes throughout the night due to sweating. I am anemic and have a heart murmur, but neither has caused me any serious illness. What could be causing this and what tests should I undergo?

When sitting flat on the floor with legs straight out in front, my right foot naturally turns right to 45 degrees. Also, when walking, if I want it parallel to my left foot, I have to use my thigh muscle to straighten it. I have lived many years with no problem, but I feel I could have run better at college. I have a daughter who is now 13, and I noticed a similar configuration in her when she was 4/5. Are there any conditions or implications if this is a static condition regarding her physical activities or anything else of a serious nature going forward in her life?

My 6-year-old granddaughter has been on antibiotics since Saturday for ear pain and stomach ache. The school notified me that she is still complaining of ear pain. We leave for Europe on Sunday and will be meeting her parents. What should I do?

I have been experiencing sharp, stabbing chest pains that sometimes occur on the right side, sometimes on the left, and sometimes on both sides, radiating to my armpits and down the back of my arms. I also have neck pain, a dry throat, nasal drainage, and occasional sharp pains on my ribs. The pain seems to worsen when I eat and has been ongoing for about 2 weeks. I had my gallbladder removed 4 weeks ago, and all heart tests and an ultrasound after surgery showed normal results. I also have migraines, and one of my laparoscopic incisions is still not healed and has a greenish-red fluid coming out from under the scab. What could be causing these symptoms, and is it unusual for the incision to not heal properly?

I had sex from last Thursday until Sunday and broke out. By Friday, I was really sore and swollen, and on Saturday, I started getting irritated. I went to the doctor, and he said it could be herpes. Is the rash painful, and could it be irritation from friction or dryness?
