I am a 74-year-old female who recently finished chemotherapy and radiation for stage 1 anal cancer. My latest pap smear results show epithelial cell abnormality, atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance, and cell changes associated with atrophy. I have no cervix due to a hysterectomy 30 years ago. Should I be concerned about these results?
