I am a 38-year-old female weighing 275 lbs (down 30 lbs already). I have been overindulging in alcohol during and after COVID, drinking 4-6 units of vodka 2-5 times a week. I recently went to the hospital for a panic attack-related chest pain and had bloodwork done. My only daily medication is 20mg Adderall for ADHD, which I take 3-4 days a week. How concerned should I be about my bloodwork results, and what lifestyle changes should I consider?

I have scoliosis and work at Walmart, but it's very hard for me as my back keeps swelling and I have unbearable pain, sometimes leading me to call off work the next day because I can't get out of bed. I don't have a primary doctor. The pain started in 2009, is constant after work, and varies from sharp stabbing to achy depending on the day. I also experience numbness in my legs and increased fatigue. What should I do?

Does this look like jock itch? I have a rash between my legs, specifically on the left side of my groin area. It started less than 12 hours ago, doesn't itch yet, and I haven't tried any treatments. I experienced pain in my right ankle and heel after walking in the wrong shoes, and then noticed swelling and pain in my left foot during physiotherapy. Could I have sprained both my ankles, especially with the inversion exercises I was doing daily in physio, in addition to plantar fasciitis on my right foot?
