I have been experiencing diarrhea for the past week, which comes and goes around 4-5 times a day. My appetite has decreased, and I feel more tired, but I don't have nausea, bloating, or stomach pain except before going to the bathroom. I am 19 years old and currently taking Imodium for the diarrhea. The only unusual thing I ate before the symptoms started was a couple of unwashed apples. I don't have fever, chills, blood in my stool, nausea, vomiting, or an unusual smell in my stool. I am not aware of any allergies or other medical conditions. What could be causing my diarrhea and what can I do to alleviate it?

I am experiencing blood in stool, loose stool, cramping on my left side and in my lower back, and nausea with hunger that won't go away. I have been taking Ibuprofen and I am 22 years old.
