I currently have an oversleeping problem, more than 11 hours a day. I have recently modified my medication, including Escitalopram 20mg, Velefaxine 75mg, Prazosin 1mg for 1 week, and Lorazepam changed from 1mg to 0.5 mg for 3 days. My sleep pattern involves sleeping around 2am for 5 hours, waking up for 30 minutes, then sleeping again for 4 hours, followed by a nap for 1-2 hours. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Do you have any advice?

My Benadryl is expired and I cannot locate my replacement box at this time. Will taking expired Benadryl harm me? I’m experiencing a cold with symptoms including sinus congestion/pressure, runny nose, face pain, headache, watery eyes, and exhaustion. I’m looking for relief to avoid going out in the rain. Additionally, I have HBP and took a 650mg Tylenol earlier, which helped with headache and sinus pressure. I also have a fever of 101.2 and am feeling fatigued with some aches. Is it necessary for me to go to urgent care at this stage? Lastly, I take a low dose aspirin daily and missed it today due to fatigue. How much time should I wait before taking it after ibuprofen?

My wife was diagnosed with strep throat a couple of days ago, and now I'm sick. I have a fever, slight body aches, a wet cough, and nasal congestion that worsens when I lay down. My glands are slightly swollen in my neck. What could be causing my symptoms, and what can I do to alleviate them?
