I am a T-2 diabetic with worsening peripheral neuropathy. I experience leg cramps at night, tingling pain in my feet, and poor sleep. I am currently on Gabapentin, Synthroid, Metformin, Benazepril, and Repatha injections. My PCP is hesitant to increase the Gabapentin dosage, and I cannot see a Neurologist for several months. What can I do to manage my symptoms?

I have pain in the joints of my big toes. It's generally mild but recently, my left toe had severe constant pain and swelling for 24 hours. How can I determine if it's Arthritis or Gout without going to a doctor? I'm 69 and have worked in construction for many years.

I have been dealing with a recurring yeast infection for 1.5 months. It was initially treated with Diflucan 150mg, which cleared it up but it returned two weeks later. My GP then prescribed Clortrimazole Topical 1% anti-fungal cream, which I have been using for two weeks without success. I still experience redness and irritation under my foreskin and on my scrotum. What could be causing this and what further steps should I take?

I recently had a concussion (3 days ago) after hitting my chin on a curb while drunk and fainting. I was unconscious for 3 minutes and now have symptoms like loss of balance, slurred speech, fatigue, and brain fog. How long will these symptoms last, and what can I do to help recover?

I am feeling extremely anxious about getting HIV tested. I have no reason to believe I have HIV, as I have only had two partners, one 2 years ago and my current partner who has been with me for almost a year. I have shown no symptoms, but I sometimes wake up with a sore throat that goes away throughout the day. I am planning to get tested at my gynecologist appointment, but the anxiety is overwhelming. Would I know by now if I had HIV? Should I be worried about a negative test result? What do HIV lesions look like?
