I am a teenager taking propranolol for heart palpitations. I feel like I can't exercise without getting dizzy or feeling weak, and my vision is extra bright every day. Is it possible that propranolol could be causing these symptoms, and what else could be the cause?

I am having trouble breathing, feeling like there's a clamp on my lungs, and struggling to take deep breaths. I've had this issue on and off for years, but it's gotten worse recently. I've never been diagnosed with asthma before, but I've used an inhaler in the past without relief. I'm 40 years old, take finesteride, and have had a guttate psoriasis outbreak in the past. I don't smoke cigarettes but do smoke weed occasionally. Could this be asthma or something else?

I have an internal hemorrhoid and have problems with constipation right now. The stool is hard to pass, and I don't want to strain. Is a stool softener like Colace a good choice to take right now?

I started feeling sick on February 4th with symptoms including throat pain, headache, and fatigue. The symptoms subsided but returned around February 10th. I'm unsure if I had a fever and I don't feel nauseous, but I'm worried it might be related to my sinus problems. Additionally, I'm concerned about potential HIV exposure from a blood draw three weeks ago. What should I do for my symptoms and should I get an HIV RNA test at 20 days post-exposure?
