I have been experiencing severe migraines for about 3 weeks, with headaches for a couple of months. Additionally, I randomly have to close my eyes very hard and cannot voluntarily open them for about 5-10 seconds. I am a 21-year-old female taking Tylenol, promethazine for nausea due to migraines, and melatonin. I also have unknown high white blood cell count and elevated platelets.
