I am an 180lb male, 34 years old, who mostly does weight training, including leg weights once a week. I have good muscle on my upper legs but do not run at all. Recently, I started playing baseball and experienced lower leg pain after running on the ground, especially when I touch the lower leg bone. What does this mean, and do I need to run more on a treadmill to improve endurance?
