I am experiencing severe eye swelling, affecting both upper and lower eyelids, with very few other symptoms. I have been allergy tested and am on sublingual drops. I am allergic to tree nuts, soy, corn, environmental factors, and mildly allergic to dogs. I have also been diagnosed with thyroiditis, although not currently active. The swelling has persisted for almost two weeks and has never gone down, almost to the point of being swollen shut. Blood tests revealed low iron and calcium, with normal thyroid functions. My eyes are fine according to an eye doctor. What should I do next?

I have been diagnosed with pneumonia and have been taking penicillin for 1.5 days. I have been coughing up yellow or brownish phlegm, experiencing wheezing, pressure in my head, ringing in my ears, and neck pain. I used an albuterol inhaler which helped with breathing but still feel light-headed and wheezy.
