I am an IV drug user with a history of Cellulitis, frequent heart palpitations, and a severely swollen lymph node in my right armpit. I am experiencing constant, achy, and stabbing pain in my arm since this morning. I am aware of the need for medical attention but lack the resources to go to the ER immediately. What is the best advice you can offer me?

I have a soft, tube-like lump on the bottom side of my left scrotum that feels heavy and causes slight discomfort. I have been aware of it for over 5 months and it has not caused any pain or abnormalities. I have not spoken to a urologist in person yet. What is this condition called, and should I apply a warm compress to the top or bottom side of the scrotum, or directly on the lump?

Is it okay to take Qvar as needed, and is it reasonable to use it preventively a few times a week, especially during high pollen seasons? Also, what are the implications of suddenly stopping Qvar, and could adrenal insufficiency be a side effect of long-term use or withdrawal?

I had unprotected vaginal intercourse 10 days ago and now I have a rash on my back and buttock that feels uncomfortable when I lay down. I don't have a fever yet, but I'm worried it could be a sign of HIV. My rash looks similar to pictures of HIV rashes I've seen online. What could this rash be, and should I be concerned about HIV?
