I'm experiencing non-stop heart palpitations that have worsened since last Saturday. I'm 55 years old, have a history of palpitations (though they were occasional), and recently had sinus tachycardia diagnosed in the ER. I have high blood pressure controlled with lisinopril and take humira for arthritis. What could be causing these persistent palpitations and what should I do?

I was diagnosed with BV in February and took antibiotics, which cleared it up. However, it recurred five months later after having sex with the same partner, and again after another month. I have since tested negative for STDs, but the symptoms of BV are recurring. I am concerned if something else might be going on, such as PID. My boyfriend also gets tested annually. Should he be treated as well, and do you have any advice on managing this recurring BV?
