I am concerned about possibly contracting HIV. I am a 52-year-old male with a history of protected vaginal sex and some unprotected oral sex. The last exposure was in early May 2019. I am particularly worried because there was a small amount of blood on the outside of the condom after a protected encounter, although the condom remained intact. I have been experiencing physical symptoms for the last two months, including an enlarged lymph node under my left armpit. What are the chances of HIV transmission in my case, and should I get tested?

My husband has been experiencing fuzzy head and feeling like he's been in a car wreck for over 6 months. His primary care doctor at the VA prescribed a blood pressure pill due to high blood pressure, but his legs started swelling and his blood pressure remained high. A heart doctor conducted blood work, a stress test, and an ultrasound, all of which were normal, but his B12 level was found to be 2000. We were told that B12 levels of 2000 are not toxic, but we are concerned about his symptoms and the handling of his case. What should we do?

I'm 72 years old and have been waking up every 2 hours at night to urinate, but not during the day. I have no pain, vomiting, or nausea, and this issue has been ongoing for about 3 months. I'm also taking 5 pills a day for thyroid and cholesterol, and I live in Arizona where I sweat more. What could be causing this frequent nighttime urination?
